REFUND POLICY

At Mordew, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is designed to ensure a smooth and transparent experience, while maintaining our commitment to quality and fairness.


Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are offered under the following conditions:

  • The order contains a minimum of 15 products

  • The items are damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect

  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the order

  • The product is unused, in original condition, with all packaging and labels intact

  • You have shared clear photos of the damaged/incorrect items for verification


Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for the following:

  • Orders with less than 15 products

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items

  • Perishable products (e.g., food hampers, fresh flowers)

  • Products purchased during clearance sales or seasonal promotions

  • Items returned in used, tampered, or damaged condition (not due to transit)


Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the items are received:

  1. The returned product will be inspected by our team

  2. If approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days

  3. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • A refund will be issued via bank transfer

  • We’ll request your bank account details for processing


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part

  • If you self-ship the returned product, Mordew will reimburse shipping costs only if approved in advance by our team


Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated time:

  • First, check your bank account or payment app

  • Then contact your bank or payment provider — processing times may vary

  • If the issue persists, contact us at kavita@mordew.com


Important Notes

  • Mordew reserves the right to deny refunds if the return conditions are not met

  • Refunds are not issued for customer errors (e.g., wrong address provided, refusal to accept delivery without valid reason)

  • Repeated return/refund abuse may result in account suspension
