EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY
At Mordew, we value your satisfaction and want every gift to bring joy. While we ensure every product is carefully inspected before shipping, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. Our Exchange and Return policy is designed to support you in such cases.
Eligibility for Exchanges and Returns
You are eligible for an exchange or return if:
Your order contains a minimum of 15 products
The item(s) received are damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect
You raise a return/exchange request within 7 days of delivery
The product is in unused, original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Orders with less than 15 products
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products
Perishable gift items (e.g., food hampers or fresh flowers)
Products purchased during clearance sales, special offers, or seasonal discounts
Products that show signs of use or damage not caused during transit
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Email us at kavita@mordew.com
within 7 days of receiving the order
Include your Order ID, reason for return/exchange, and clear photos of the item(s)
Our team will verify and respond within 2–3 business days
Exchange Process
If eligible, we will ship a replacement item at no extra cost.
In case the product is out of stock, we may offer you an alternative item or store credit.
Exchanges are only processed once per order and are subject to product availability.
Important Guidelines
Please do not return any item without confirmation from our support team.
Mordew reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if it does not meet the above conditions.
Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
