• All orders must include a minimum of 15 products. Orders placed below this threshold will be automatically cancelled.

• All products are displayed with descriptions and pricing to the best of our accuracy.

• Mordew reserves the right to:

  • Change or discontinue products without prior notice

  • Limit the quantity of any items ordered

  • Refuse service to any individual or business at our discretion

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We accept multiple secure payment options: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select orders and may incur an additional handling fee.

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

• Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email.

• You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. Orders beyond that time or already in processing cannot be cancelled.

• Mordew reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer pan-India delivery via trusted courier partners.

• Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days, with delivery in 3–7 business days.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or logistics delays.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Return and exchange requests are accepted only for orders of 15 or more products that are damaged, incorrect, or defective.

• Personalized, perishable, or discounted items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
